Speaking

I’m an energetic, funny, insightful, and engaging speaker who talks honestly about how people can not just survive menopause — but actually grow through it.

My speaking style is warm, inclusive, evidence‑based, and refreshingly honest — with zero taboo and zero shame. People laugh, nod, feel seen, and leave knowing they’re not broken, behind, or alone.

Menopause is a transition — not a decline. And with the right understanding and support, it can be a powerful one.

In my keynotes, I blend the latest research with lived experience (mine and others’), weaving together science, truth, humanity, laughter, mess, and a little bit of magic. This isn’t a dry lecture or a medical download — it’s a real conversation about what menopause is actually like, and how we can meet it with clarity, compassion, and courage.

People leave my talks with a clear understanding of what menopause really is, a fresh perspective on how to support themselves or someone they care about, practical ways to improve wellbeing during this transition, and — importantly — the motivation to do something with what they’ve learned.

Keynote topics include:

Menopause & Wellbeing

Menopause is one of life’s guarantees — which means we all need to understand it. This keynote explores what menopause is, why every persons experience is different, how it can impact wellbeing, and what genuinely helps. Whether someone is navigating menopause themselves or supporting someone who is, this session brings clarity, normalises the experience, and removes stigma.

The Power of Purpose & Hope

As we move through major life transitions, our sense of purpose and meaning can wobble — and that has a real impact on wellbeing and experience of menopause. This talk explores how hope works, why it matters, and how reconnecting with a sense of purpose (on your own terms) can be a powerful anchor through menopause and beyond.

Antifragility: A Key to Wellbeing

Menopause can be a time of constant disruption — physically, emotionally, mentally. Stress tolerance can shrink, and people can feel fragile. This keynote introduces the concept of antifragility — not just bouncing back, but growing through challenge. Using practical “rules of thumb,” I explore how to cultivate energy, mindsets, and attitudes that help people grow in the face of change and disruption.

Why Social Support Is Critical

Relationships shape how we feel and function — always, but especially during menopause. This session explores why social support is essential for wellbeing, why people can sometimes be both the support and the struggle, and what kind of support those experiencing menopause actually need.
