These 6-week small‑group sharing circles are for people navigating peri‑menopause, post‑menopause or any of the gloriously inconvenient transitions that come with being human — and who are ready to talk about it honestly, without shame or censorship.
This is a zero‑taboo space.
Nothing is too awkward, too messy, too emotional, or too “much.” Bodies, rage, grief, libido, exhaustion, reinvention, joy, confusion — it all belongs here.
Over 6 weeks, we’ll explore the why of what’s happening in your body and life, while creating space for shared stories, reflection, and insight. You’ll be supported not just by me, but by the quiet power of being witnessed by others who get it.

Just grounded, science‑informed conversations, gentle guidance, inclusive mischief and probably some swearing and venting — held in a small group where everyone’s experience matters.
These sessions are conversational, reflective, and gently structured — with space for laughter, tears, insight, and the occasional “oh thank god it’s not just me.”
