The number of sessions is entirely up to you. Some people come for a single clarity‑boosting session. Others choose a series to explore things more deeply and let real change unfold.
Either way, you’ll leave each session with greater clarity, practical insight, and a clear path forward — not a to‑do list that makes you want to lie down.
